Bracknell Forest Community Television was officially launched on
Monday 20th October 2008.

TV is now live.
Richmond Community Safety Partnership have now launched their Community Television Network. Screens are located in prime locations throughout Richmond.

Waveney have launched their Community Television Network.
Plasma screens have been installed in a variety of venues around Waveney. The Partnership are now broadcasting community safety information directly into the heart of the community.

In a first for the Highlands, Inverness have launched Inverness community television. Following on from the successful launch
of the “Glasgow Matters” television network CCN are pleased to announce their 2nd network in Scotland.

Southwark Alliance Community television network is now live with 20 screens in prime locations across the borough Guest Sir Trevor Mcdonald Launched the system.

Dudley borough launched their television network with safe & sound's community television launch on the 26th of September.
Good Communications Awards 2006
Three local Community TV schemes, supported and powered by the
Community Communication Network (CCN), have been recognised in the
prestigious Good Communication Awards 2006, announced in London.
15th May - The first CCN system in
Northern Ireland launched in Newry
Michael Carr, Mayor of Newry and Mourne District Council said:
“As a Council we want to make our community a safer place for everyone and this project is an innovative way of providing information to our residents in a proactive and visually friendly format”
10th May - Avon Fire & Rescue launched the first
Community TV network in South West England
Avon Fire & Rescue Service Deputy
Chief Officer Jerry O'Brien said:
"Community television is a fantastic project and provides an opportunity to get important messages across to
those we serve. Because the films are tailored to our requirements, it means we can target specific audiences and change the messages regularly. The visual presentation means we can get hard-hitting messages across in a format which allows them to be understood by everyone.
19th April - The first CCN system in Scotland
now launched in Glasgow
Councillor Steven Purcell, Leader of Glasgow City Council, said:
"It is vital that we all work together and support projects like this which help to reduce crime and the fear of crime in our city. We hope all Glaswegians will take this opportunity to get involved in the many initiatives in our city which try to crackdown on anti social behaviour."

Launches Trafford TV:
Safer Trafford TV was launched by Sir Bobby Charlton in front of over 700 guests at Old Trafford. In a joint project for the LSP and the CDRP, 15 large plasma screens have been installed throughout Trafford.
