CCN - Community Communication Network - CCN - Delivering professional solutions to Partnerships assisting them in communicating, engaging consulting and offering reassurance throughout their local communities.

CSPtv

Through CSPtv, a dedicated local broadcast network, CCN offers organisations such as Community Safety Partnerships (CSP's), Crime & Disorder Reduction Partnerships (CDRP's), the police, education, health and environment agencies a full solution for communication, enabling them to reach, consult and engage within their communities.

The professional, dynamic content includes -

* Local Partnership initiatives
* Local crime prevention messages
* Missing Persons and Serious Crime appeals
* Details of Local Treatment agencies and helplines

By communicating that the work taking place within these communities is achieving positive benefits for the people living within them, CSP's/CDRP's will ensure that the general public are not only aware of the existence and achievements of CSP's/CDRP's but also participate in the many safety and crime reducing initiatives taking place in their own areas.

CSPtv broadcasts deliver communication solutions to partnerships, ensuring that they engage and consult within their communities in a highly visible, professional and effective manner.

Each CSPtv network is a community television channel, showcasing the partnerships’ achievements, results and the positive changes that are taking place in their community through simple messages backed up with eye catching graphics and video providing re-assurance and tangible reductions in the fear of crime.

High impact screens are installed throughout the Partnership’s district at strategic venues where a captive audience is present. These venues from both local authority and the private business sector could include, for example, educational establishments, health authority, council and police buildings, together with fast food outlets, sports, shopping and entertainment complexes.

The system also enables emergency information such as missing persons, CCTV footage and serious crime appeals to be quickly broadcast on a local or regional basis getting important information in front of thousands of people within minutes.

The networks capability enables one message to be broadcast directly to individual or multiple venues targeted to districts, whole towns/cities, county/region wide or indeed the entire country.

The content can be updated to run specific campaigns which are seasonal or topical, broadcasting at relevant times such as bonfire night or Christmas.

CCN offers a complete client service, from the production of high quality partnership content, right through to the installation and maintenance of the system in the venues of the partnership's choice. Following installation, we ensure the content is updated on a regular basis to keep it fresh and interesting for the Partnership’s audience.

CCN assists the Partnership through every step, from identifying suitable locations, initial programme content and a high profile project launch and, if necessary, we can even advise on funding streams.

The CCN team maintains close contact with the Partnership throughout the duration of the agreement ensuring ongoing quality of content and service.

Partnerships are able to obtain online system reports – details are available on a screen by screen basis enabling them to track the number of times specific messages are shown and at which venues. This allows statistics to be produced on the key topics and messages broadcast during any period and for the entire length of the agreement.
